Pipelife Jet Stream, Inc. ("Jet Stream"), a U.S.-based subsidiary of wienerberger manufacturing plastic pipes and systems, has reached agreements to settle three putative antitrust class action lawsuits pending before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The lawsuits were filed in September 2024 against Jet Stream and eleven other PVC manufacturers.

wienerberger welcomes positive steps in the European Commission's legislative proposals to further develop the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) with relevance for our ceramic construction material production in the European Union as well as the newly released electrification action plan.

wienerberger continued to advance the strategic transformation of its business model. Revenues increased by 13% year-on-year to €1.41 billion (Q2 2025: €1.25 billion), supported by strategic acquisitions and 7% organic growth, driven by resilient demand across infrastructure and renovation end markets. Operating EBITDA declined to €230 million, reflecting much weaker-than-expected residential new-build activity, particularly in the United States, Canada and the UK.
