    Notice pursuant to Section 135 (1) Austrian Stock Exchange Act [BörseG]

    Change of total number of voting rights and capital according to article 135 section 1 BörseG

    Wien (pta) - Pursuant to Section 135 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Wienerberger AG gives notice that the total number of voting rights for Wienerberger AG amounts to 116,351,496 and the total share capital of Wienerberger AG amounts to EUR 116,351,496 as at the end of February 2019. 

    The change in the total number of voting rights and in the share capital entailed by the redemption of a total of 1,175,268 own shares became effective as at February 18, 2019.
